Each role determines which data and actions are accessible. Autonomy governs the workflow within those boundaries.

Changes remain traceable
History records the actor, time and change. Supported actions can be undone; an email that has already been delivered cannot be recalled.

Capitality is built for independent real estate agents and brokerage teams in Germany. It brings contacts, properties, deals, enquiries and exposés together. Property management and field services are directions for development, not completed solutions promised here.
What can the AI Pets do today?
Guide helps with onboarding and navigation. Scout supports deal work with observations and proposals. Doks is a document Pet in the catalogue, with an expanding toolset. Finni is planned. Pet settings show what is configured and available in your workspace.
What can a Pet do independently?
That depends on the role, tool and autonomy level of the supported task. L0 means proposing first and requesting approval. Higher levels allow different workflows, but never additional access rights. Not every illustrated workflow is available for every task.
Can I bring data from my current CRM?
You can import supported OpenImmo ZIP files or spreadsheets. Included contacts, properties, photos and documents depend on your previous system’s export. Review mappings and the preview before applying it. OpenImmo export guidance.
How do property portal connections work?
You need a configured connection and the required portal credentials or contracts. Activation and scope vary by portal. The ImmoScout24 connection costs an additional €5 per account per month; portal fees are separate. This page does not promise automatic synchronisation of every change.
Where is data hosted and processed?
The primary system is hosted in Germany. Individual services and enabled AI features may involve additional processors. Ask the contact listed in our security documentation for processing locations, safeguards and contractual documents: security documentation.
Can I undo actions?
History makes changes traceable. Whether an action can be undone depends on the action. A shared link can be disabled; an email already delivered cannot be recalled from its recipient’s inbox.
What does Capitality cost for my team?
At launch prices, Basic costs €39 and Pro €79 per user per month, excluding VAT. Three users cost €117 or €237 monthly, before additional connections. Pro includes three times the AI allowance. The pricing calculator shows your team’s cost.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You can try Capitality free for 14 days. You provide a payment method when you subscribe. There is no permanent free plan.
Can I cancel and take my data with me?
Yes. You can export your workspace and cancel at the end of the billing month, including on the annual plan. The cancellation and refunds documentation explains the inactive state, retention and deletion.
